The Team

We are a team of Chartered Physiotherapists , Registered Osteopaths and Sports Therapists with vast experience in the treatment of muscle, tendon, ligament and bone conditions. We are a highly experienced team with many of our therapists having worked within varying environments such as elite sports team and events but also within a variety of hospital settings such as neurology, respiratory and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Our therapists are approachable, honest and skilled which has helped to build our reputation within the local community and beyond.

  • Andrew Buckley

Andrew is a qualified Osteopath and Physiotherapist, as well as a lecturer and examiner in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Bath. With post graduate qualifications in Spinal Trauma and Orthopaedics, Shoulder and Elbow rehabilitation and certificates in Acupuncture, Sports Massage and Personal Training, Andrew is the Director of Team Buckley.

Andrew has worked with several elite athletes , teams and events including Premier and championship football, elite track cycling, volleyball , hockey and has a been a Physiotherapist at both Olympic and Junior Commonwealth games and currently a senior physiotherapist at the Isle of Man motorbike TT.

  • Sophie Richardson


  • Clinic Lead Soft Tissue Therapist and Exercise Rehabilitation

Sophie is a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She has vast experience in sport and is currently the soft tissue therapist for the England women’s senior football team, travelling with them when they have their international matches. She also works one day a week providing soft tissue therapy for the first team at Crystal Palace Football Club. Sophie is the lead soft tissue therapist at the clinic and works closely with Andrew Buckley, implementing the rehabilitation exercise and program design. Away from work, she enjoys running and competing in triathlons.

  • Natasha Zalewska-Pittman


  • Osteopath MOst MSc (Sports Medicine)

Natasha is an experienced Osteopath and Sports Massage Therapist and has recently completed Master’s degree in Sports Medicine at University College London. Natasha has worked for Maidstone Rugby Club and was selected in 2018 to be part of the osteopathic team for the IAAF World Indoor Athletics Championships. When not working, she can be found following premiership rugby games in the UK and Europe and taking part in half marathons.

  • Enya Lynch


  • Sports & Remedial massage therapist /Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Enya has an extensive sporting background, having previously competed at a high level in football with West Ham United and Gillingham ladies team.

Enya works closely with Sophie Richardson and the team providing massage and rehabilitation exercises. She is also the clinic’s resident Personal Trainer and works with people looking to increase their fitness and manage their weight. Enya has a keen interest in working with athletes in the late stages of their rehabilitation, returning them to their chosen sports and hobbies. Away from work, she loves playing football and engaging in weight training.

  • James Pritchard

    Acupuncture, Sports Massage & Pilates Instructor

Prior to joining Team Buckley, James spent eight successful years serving on board submarines in the Royal Navy. He has a particular interest in posture, ergonomics, Pilates and lower limb rehabilitation. His sports and hobbies include open-water scuba diving, triathlons, running, snowboarding and travelling the world.

Megan is a valued member of the Team and not only does she provide massage for adults but has a specialist interest in Pregnancy massage and also works an assistant to Andrew Buckley. Megan is keen fitness enthusiast and enjoys crossfit and weight lifting.

Will is our newest member of the Team and is a fully qualified Sports massage therapist , however, is also due to complete his Physiotherapy degree in early 2020. Will is a very keen cricket player.

  • Sophie Hunt

Sophie has a keen interest in working with pregnancy-related complaints, the elderly, arthritis and sports injuries. Sophie has worked with a national league basketball team and is also the captain of the Ashford women’s hockey team. Sophie enjoys hockey, Pilates, yoga and running.

  • Alex Porous


  • BSc (Hons) Osteopath

Alex has a keen interest in chronic pain management, repetitive strain injuries and core stability. His undergraduate research looked at the effects of core stability on spinal pain. Alex also holds certificates in dry needling and sports therapy, and, away from his work, spends his time with his two young children and playing golf.

  • Suresh Sudula


  • Consultant Physiotherapist in MusculoskeletalUltrasound and Medicine

Suresh is from the Kent Musculoskeletal Clinic and provides the expert assessment of musculoskeletal problems via diagnostic ultrasound scanning of joints and soft tissues. He also provides ultrasound-guided injections. We are thrilled to be able to say that Suresh works closely with us here at Team Buckley to optimise our rehabilitation strategies according to injury severity and recovery stages. Having specialised in Musculoskeletal Medicine for the last 15 years and gained a variety of academic awards, Suresh is an asset to our team.

Rosa is Andrew Buckleys wife and clinic secretary. She assists in all aspects of the day to day running of the clinic

  • Bike Fit Specialist

Simon is a passionate cyclist, having raced and ridden in numerous countries for over 30 years. He spent 20 years working in and teaching critical care nursing in a range of settings. Simon works at the clinic providing a specialist bike fit service for all ages, abilities and bikes. As you can perhaps guess, his hobbies include cycling.
